You own your website
Your website and your domain belong to you from day one, not to us. The domain is registered in your name, in your own account. We never hold it.
If you ever want to leave, we hand everything over free of charge: the complete website files and everything needed to run it elsewhere, delivered working, within one week of your request. No exit fees, no "buyout" price, no hostage-taking. Ever.
Revisions during the build
A revision round is one batched list of changes: you send everything you want adjusted, we apply it in one pass. Launch includes two rounds, Grow includes three. Extra rounds are $29 each.
Rounds exist so projects finish. Batching your feedback keeps your site on schedule and keeps our prices where they are.
Hosting and the monthly $9
Every plan includes hosting, SSL, and upkeep for $9 a month, starting when your site goes live. It also covers two small edits every month: things like new opening hours, a swapped photo, or updated prices. Anything that takes us about fifteen minutes.
Bigger changes have flat prices, agreed before we start: $25 per extra edit, $99 per new page. Larger features are quoted in writing first.
Cancelling
Cancel the monthly plan anytime by email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, we hand your website over (see above), and you host it wherever you like. Your site does not disappear.
Payment and refunds
The build price is paid when you place your order, securely through PayPal, by card, bank, or PayPal balance. We never see or store your card details. If you would rather talk first, choose the invoice option at checkout and we will email you a payment link instead.
If we have not started designing yet, you get a full refund, no questions asked. If you have seen the first design and we cannot get it right within your revision rounds, we refund half. We would rather lose a fee than keep an unhappy client's money.
The $9 a month starts only when your website goes live, not when you order.
Privacy
The details you send through our forms are used for one thing: talking to you about your website. We do not sell them, share them, or add you to marketing lists.
This website sets no tracking cookies.
